SWEP wins
multiple global
awards.
Local initiative recognised by the United Nations World Environment Day & Sustainia100.
The Schools Water Efficiency Program (SWEP) has won the United Nations Association of Australia (UNAA) World Environment Day Award for Excellence in Sustainable Water Management and is part of the 2014 Sustainia100 chaired by Former Governor of California Arnold Schwarznegger.
The SWEP online platform has saved over 700 million litres of water at last count. Thats a saving of more than $2.2 million dollars for Victorian schools.
